younger-next-year-books

From the breakout Book, Calendar, Exercise Program and overall “system” entitled:

Younger Next Year.

I haven’t heard of these guys Chad, who? I hope that’s not what you just said…That was my problem. I feel like I really keep my ear to the ground in this whole, fitness and health game. So why didn’t I hear about this back in, oh say 2005?

I literally came across the book browsing Amazon and loved the title. I think there are a lot of books that are best seller’s list solely from their title and/or cover picture.  I’ll buy them just to check it out.

I guess I missed it because the main audience for the system is guys and girls a decade or two older than us. I originally bought this for my dad and mom and thought there was a chance the title would stimulate them. I’m sure my parent’s copy still sits on that spot on the counter I left it for them – but in buying it, I got myself a copy and proceeded to devour the info.

These guys  have made a mountain of money by just simply selling you what you need and telling you what your friends, therapists and trainers won’t:

Eat, Drink and Live better – because you’re sucking at it.  Your entire priority was on a red BMW and you missed the, “I’m going to live to be 100 and have a body that wont last past 68” deal.  Get off your ass, every single day, and do…something.

Read that sentence again.   EVERY.  SINGLE.  DAY.  One a bad week I’ll give you 6 out of 7 days but other than that – MOVE man.

It’s a practical, funny, entertaining easy read that just makes sense for everyone.

It would be my #1 recommended read for anyone getting back in the health/fitness game and for all just starting out. It is also my #1 seller in the office for anyone within 10 years of retirement or closer that just needs a slap in the face eye opener about what they can expect in the near future.

Don’t be a fool like me and miss these guys – I don’t care about the publishing date or how long these guys have been around the information and usefuleness passes the test of time.
