Guys, Hangups are extremely common. If it’s happening to you, I know you feel smashed. Your goals, hammered into oblivion before you ever really even got moving.
…everyday tasks such as “coming home from work”, “hanging out with your co-workers” and my addition, “taking a shower” take up a significant chunk of your life. Showers, estimated at 182.5 days of your life count. Let’s do these well.
It is your responsibility as my friend to spin it well. All the way to the end if need be.
And if you’re not? -(going to live long) well, the amazing thing is all this stuff are things you can practice. Mortality is how long you live, and I want you to live amazingly!
And trying to find happiness and smiles is what I feel is the actual problem. My take…Let’s just create more.
The point is: each instance is independent and is unique. The answer depends on how long you get to contemplate it and the factors involved before, during and after.
In this hand, I have the fix for your problems. A fix. You will live better, feel amazing and life as you know it will improve beyond comprehension. In the other hand, I have a blue pill.
You will lose weight, feel better, lift more, run faster, have better sex, think more clearly – life as you know it -will be better.
Do everything you can to never be in a fight in the first place.
Prepping for the least likely scenario is smart.
Failing to prep for the more likely scenarios is careless.
